KEY CHALLENGES

Limited resources versus so much work to be done

A workforce made up of mainly volunteers – Sometimes organisational work is compressed as it has to fit in the convenience of the volunteers. High volunteer turnover also wears the smoothness of work.

A legal framework that is completely unfavourable to vulnerabble people because this activity is considered illegal. Government agencies therefore mistreat our target audience whenever they want.
